By creating a seller or buyer account on Zhillano you testify that you have read and accepted the terms and condition.
Users must be of legal age to enter into contracts and purchase digital products. Where necessary we may ask to provide proof of your age.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features and functionalities. You’ll need a password and username to get registered. Don’t impersonate anyone else or choose names that are offensive or that violate anyone’s rights. If you don’t follow these rules, we may cancel your account.
If you find out that someone accessed your Zhillano account without your permission, then report it to us. Visit our help center.
As a buyer or seller you’re responsible for any user content you submit, including reviews and ratings, and for keeping your passwords confidential. Your content should be correct in all ways.
Buyers and sellers are prohibited from uploading or using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities. Don’t ask for or sell anything sexual-related.
Don’t share false/misleading content in your products or services. Don’t be a hoax.
Don’t do anything threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, tortious, obscene, profane, or invasive of another person’s privacy.
Don’t spread unsolicited or unauthorized content or promotional material, or any junk mail, spam, or chain letters.
All product descriptions are for informational purposes only and may not be accurate or complete.
Digital products will be delivered electronically via download links, email, or other methods specified by the seller.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and returns are generally not available.
Customers are greanted a non-commercial license to use the digital products for personal use only.
Buyers or customers acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in digital products belong to the seller or its licensors.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their product listings are proper, complete, and up-to-date.
As a seller, you must have all necessary rights and licenses to sell the digital products that you have. Don’t misuse your customer’s information like phone numbers, emails, etc.
You as a seller responsible for setting prices and running promotions for your products.
Sellers must confirm their digital products are available for download or delivery to customers.
Sellers are responsible for providing their customers an excellent support.
To continue as a seller you must comply with all applicable Terms and Conditions and Zhillano policies.

As a seller stay away from uploading or using Zhillano for any kind of illegal or unauthorized activities.
Make sure to use the platform’s specified payment processor for all transactions.
You are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable tax on your sales.
You are responsible for resolving any disputes with your buyers/customers in a timely and professional manner.
Zhillano is not and shouldn’t be held liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Services. We don’t become involved in disputes between users, or between users and any third party relating to the use of the Services. We don’t oversee the performance or punctuality of pages and content, and we don’t endorse any content users submit to the Site. When you use the Services, you release Zhillano from claims, damages, and demands of every kind — known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed — arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content you access through the Services is at your own risk. You’re solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party
Creating an account on Zhillano is free. If you create a page that is successfully supported, we (and our payment partners) collect fees. Our partners’ fees may vary slightly based on your location. Each payment provider is its own company, and Zhillano isn’t responsible for its performance. You’re responsible for paying any additional fees or taxes associated with your use of Zhillano.
Zhillano may contain links to other websites. (For instance, user website pages, user profiles, and comments that may link to other sites.) When you access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. We don’t control or endorse those sites.
Zhillano partners with other companies (such as Payoneer and PayFast) for payment processing. When you support or create a page, you’re also agreeing to the payment processor’s terms of service.
